At Mini Marvels, customer satisfaction is our top priority. As all our products are crafted with utmost care, we want to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully:

Returns

• Custom-Made Orders: Since our products are personalized to your specifications, we do not accept returns on custom-made items.
• Non-Customized Products: For standard items, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, kindly return the original item (if applicable) and place a new order.

Refunds

• Custom-Made Items: No refunds will be processed for custom-made orders unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Non-Customized Products: Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your original mode of payment.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Custom-made orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
